January 27, Fineko/abc.az. The Cabinet Ministers has made changes to the "Cases of extension of a building permit" approved by the decision of July 5, 2016.

ABC.AZ reports that the relevant decision was signed by Prime Minister Ali Asadov.

According to the decision, information about the extension of the building permit or a reasoned refusal will now be sent to the State Register of Construction not within three working days, as previously stipulated on the basis of Article 75.14 of the Urban Planning & Construction Code, but immediately after the decision is made.
