January 26, Fineko/abc.az. A new subsidiary of the State Oil Company of the Republic of Azerbaijan has been set up.

ABC.AZ informs that on January 23, the Baku City General Department for Local Revenue registered SOCAR Corporate Services LLC in the state register.

The company is registered at 121 Heydar Aliyev Avenue, SOCAR Tower, Narimanov district, Baku.

The director of the company is Elgiz Aliyev.

SOCAR Corporate Services LLC initially starts operations with authorized capital of 1,000 manats.
