In 2025, authorized banks gave 4,309 mortgage loans for totally 442.8 million manats at the expense of the Azerbaijan Mortgage & Credit Guarantee Fund, including 3,153 standard mortgage loans for 347.2 million manats and 1,156 preferential mortgage loans for 95.6 million manats.

ABC.AZ reports that in general, in 2006-2025, the volume of mortgage loans given at the expense of the Fund exceeded 3.76 billion manats, which improved the living conditions of more than 56,800 families.

In order to ensure access to mortgage loans for people who do not have sufficient personal savings, with a lower initial payment, as of January 1, 2026, the Fund provided guarantees for 1,490 mortgage loans for 139.9 million manats.

67% of those who received a mortgage loan given at the expense of the AMCGF were young people and young families, nearly 22% of loans accounted for the regions.
