December 26, Fineko/abc.az. The portfolio of mortgage loans in the banking sector of Azerbaijan amounted to 4.56 billion manats as of December 1 (a rise of 363.3 million manats, or 8.7% versus the 2024 same term), ABC.AZ informs, referring to the CBA.

So, for Jan-Nov 2025, the volume of the mortgage portfolio was at the level of 4.198 billion manats.

The growth of the portfolio has also continued since the beginning of the year and relative to the previous month. By the end of last year (4.245 billion manats), growth reached 316.4 million manats (7.5%). Over the past month, the portfolio grew by 13.9 million manats (0.3%). As of November 1, 2025, the mortgage loan portfolio stood at 4.548 billion manats, at the end of last year - 4.245 billion manats, and for th 2024 same trem - 4.198 billion manats.
