December 25, Fineko/abc.az. Over Jan-Nov 2025, the mortgage loans given through the Azerbaijan Mortgage & Credit Guarantee Fund totaled 393.3 million manats of loans (0.7% less versus Jan-Nov 2024).

ABC.AZ informs, referring to the Central Bank of Azerbaijan, that the volume of loans refinanced by the AMCGF declined by 4.7% to 399.4 million manats.

Since the beginning of 2025, the AMCGF has attracted 550 million manats from the placement of bonds (+10%). The Fund received 79.9 million manats from the State Budget (a drop of 8.9%).
