December 22, Fineko/abc.az. By 2030, the number of branded residential projects in Dubai will increase by about 80% and reach almost 250, ABC.AZ reports, referring to consulting company VVS Estate.

About 140 such projects have already been implemented in the region, more than anywhere else in the world.

Branded residences combine residential, hotel, wellness and commercial components in partnership with well-known international brands. The Middle East accounts for about 12% of global supply, and is expected to grow to 120% by 2030. Among the projects with confirmed deadlines are Address Residences The Bay, St. Regis Residences Downtown, Vida Residences Dubai Hills and others.
