November 28, Fineko/abc.az. In October, the Central Bank of Azerbaijan put into effect binding written orders regarding Atəşgah Həyat Insurance Company OJSC and Paşa Sığorta OJSC.

ABC.AZ reports with reference to the Central Bank that both orders were issued in October.

The decision is linked with the fact that both companies do not fully comply with the Corporate Governance Standards of Insurers.

The Central Bank informs that the orders were issued in accordance with Article 102 of the Law on Insurance Activities.
