November 27, Fineko/abc.az. Over Jan-Oct 2025, mortgage loans in the amount of 371.3 million manats were given at the expense of the Azerbaijan Mortgage and Credit Guarantee Fund.

ABC.AZ informs, referring to the Central Bank of Azerbaijan, that the figure is 3.1% less versus the 2024 same term.

The volume of loans refinanced by the AMCGF for the past 10 months declined by 7.3% to 351 million manats.

The amount of finances raised by the Fund through the issuance of bonds grew by 22.2% up to 550 million manats, while financing from the State Budget decreased by 2.7% to 63.9 million manats.
