November 20, Fineko/abc.az. Over Jan-Oct 2025, the State Budget was transferred 157.4 million manats from the State Service for Property Issues from privatization and lease.

ABC.AZ informs, referring to the SSPI, that the the Service conducted 46 auctions for Jan-Oct 2025. Shares of 7 joint-stock companies, 4 small state-owned enterprises, 1 unfinished construction site, and 929 vehicles were privatized at auctions.

For Jan-Oct 2025, State Budget revenues from privatization amounted to 118.8 million manats.

From January to October of this year, the Service concluded 4,172 new lease agreements: 562 for non-residential facilities and 3,610 for land plots. The State Budget received 38.6 million manats from the lease of immovable state property (non-residential and land plots).

Thus,for Jan-Oct 2025, the budget received a total of 157.4 million manats from the privatization and lease of state property.
