November 3, Fineko/abc.az. The president announced a package of social programs to support Ukrainians this winter. The Warm Winter Program of the Ministry of Social Policy is included in this package, ABC.AZ reports, referring to the Ministry of the country.

"We want every Ukrainian in difficult circumstances to have the opportunity to survive the cold season with basic comfort. Warm clothes, shoes, medicines - this is what the help can be spent on," the Ministry says.

The finances will be credited to a current account with a special usage mode or to the Dia (Ukrainian electronic service of public services). They can be used within 180 days from the moment of crediting.

The following children will receive assistance: children in care or guardianship, including those with disabilities, children from foster families and DBST; people with group I disabilities among IDPs; children from low-income families; single pensioners who receive an increase in care.
