September 19, Fineko/abc.az. The exchange rate of the manat will remain stable until 2030.

ABC.AZ reports, referring to the forecast of The Economist Intelligence Unit (EIU), a research and analytical unit of The Economist Group, at the exchange rate of the manat for 2024-2029.

According to the forecast, the dollar/manat exchange rate will remain at the level of 1.70 manat per US dollar between 2025 and 2029, while the euro will fall in price relative to the manat.

EIU analysts expect the euro/manat exchange rate to reach 1.77 manats this year, 1.75 manats next year, and drop to 1.73 manats in 2027. In 2028-2029, the exchange rate will remain at the same level.

In general, the EIU believes that maintaining a stable exchange rate is in line with Central Bank's policy, and no major changes in the manat rate are expected in the coming years.
