September 10, Fineko/abc.az. The Central Bank of Azerbaijan has held an official of the non-bank credit organization LLC SF Azerbaijan administratively liable.

According to ABC.AZ, citing the Central Bank, violations were identified during ongoing supervisory processes, including breaches of Article 22.1 of the Law “On Non-Bank Credit Organizations” and Clause 3.3 of the “Procedure for Providing Information on Borrowers of Credit Organizations to the Centralized Credit Registry.”

As a result, in accordance with Article 440.1 of the Code on Administrative Offenses, the official of SF Azerbaijan was fined 1,500 manats.
