September 5, Fineko/abc.az. Mutual trade between Russia and Armenia has already significantly decreased this year and by the end of 2025 may amount to slightly more than $6 billion, which is half as much as in 2024, Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Alexey Overchuk said, according to ABC.AZ.

“As for trade between Russia and Armenia, it has already decreased significantly, and we expect that by the end of the year it will fall by half compared to last year. That is, if last year it was 12.4 billion, then this year it will probably be around 6, maybe a little more,” he told journalists on the sidelines of the EEF-2025.
