September 1, Fineko/abc.az – The income of Azerbaijani banks from loans for January–July 2025 has been disclosed.

ABC.AZ reports, citing the Central Bank, that in the first seven months of this year, banks’ interest income from loans totaled 2.213 billion manats, 25% higher than the same period last year.

For the same period in 2024, banks’ interest income from loans amounted to 1.774 billion manats.

From January to July 2025, interest expenses amounted to 1.020 billion manats, with the majority of these expenses related to deposits.
