August 28, Fineko/abc.az. In January–July of this year, insurance premiums from life insurance types in Azerbaijan amounted to 531.223 million manats.

According to ABC.AZ, citing Central Bank data, this is 17.1% more than in the same period of 2024.

During the reporting period, insurance payouts on life insurance types increased by 27.2% and reached 376.05 million manats.

Thus, in 7 months, for every 100 manats of insurance premiums collected on the life insurance market, clients received 70.8 manats in payouts. A year earlier, this figure was 65.2 manats.
