In particular, talks between Exxon and Rosneft took place in Qatar. Exxon’s side was led by Neil Chapman, while Rosneft was represented by Igor Sechin. According to the publication’s sources, in recent weeks Exxon CEO Darren Woods discussed with Donald Trump the possible resumption of the company’s operations in Russia.
