August 1, Fineko/abc.az. The real estate owned by GünayBank OJSC, which is in the process of liquidation by the Azerbaijan Deposit Insurance Fund, is put up for sale through an open auction.

ABC.AZ informs that an uninhabited plot of 270.6 sq m, located at 3a Koroglu Rahimov Street, Narimanov district, Baku, will be offered at the auction to be held at the Baku Auction Center at 11 am on August 13, 2025. The initial selling price of the facility is set at 800,000 manats.

According to the terms of the auction, a deposit of 5% of the sale price, i.e. 40,000 manats, must be paid to the auction organization in advance. After the sale of the property, the remaining amount must be fully credited to the customer's account within 7 calendar days.
