July 30, Fineko/abc.az. A regular meeting of the Tariff (Price) Council was held on June 30, 2025, at which a relevant decision was made.

ABC.AZ informs that according to the Tariff Council, the upper price limit for 207 new medicines registered in the state was endorsed at the meeting, the upper price limit for 3 medicines was lowered, and in order to ensure reliable supplies, changes were made to the upper price limit for 79 medicines in accordance with the Rules, approved by Cabinet Ministers’ Resolution #209 from June 3, 2015, and the Instruction approved by the Resolution of the Tariff Council from July 21, 2015.

The full list of medicines with an approved upper limit on their price, taking into account the trade name, pharmaceutical form, name of the active substance, dosage, trade packaging, quantity, and country of origin, is available in section "Medicines" (//tariff.gov.az/documents/DVA.pdf ) of Tariff Council’s official website (www.tariff.gov.az ).
