Amount of deposit interests paid by banks to public for past 6 months made public

July 25, Fineko/abc.az. Over Jan-Jun 2025, Azerbaijani banks paid interests on attracted deposits (deposits) in the amount of 608.1 million manats.

ABC.AZ reports with reference to the Central Bank that compared with Jan-Jun 2024, banks' interest expenses on deposits increased by 201.1 million manats or 49.4%.

In the first 6 months of 2024, banks paid deposit interests in the amount of 407 million manats.
