September 28, Fineko/abc.az. The Central Bank of Azerbaijan has discussed the management of foreign exchange reserves with Citigroup Bank.

The CBA informs that CBA first deputy chairman Aliyar Mammadyarov met with the delegation of Citigroup, which is on a visit to Azerbaijan.

The meeting was attended by David Livingston, Executive Director and CEO of Citigroup, as well as Jason Zullo, Director of Corporate Banking in the Caucasus and Central Asia region.

During the meeting, the main trends observed in the global banking sector, existing challenges and development prospects, correspondent banking, the development of money markets, as well as experience of managing foreign exchange reserves were discussed.

During the meeting, the sides also exchanged views on initiatives to further expand cooperation and strategic partnership between the Central Bank and Citigroup.
