June 24, Fineko/abc.az. One of the most important transformations we have seen in the financial system in recent years is the growing role of fintech companies.

ABC.AZ reports that Central Bank’s board member Vusal Khalilov made the relevant statement, when delivering speech at FINTEX SUMMIT 2025, an exhibition of finance & technology in Baku.

He added that in today's dynamic digital world, users expect fast, secure and personalized financial services:

"And fintech is the main driving force that makes this expectation a reality. The Central Bank has identified the promotion of digital financial solutions, the introduction of innovative technologies and the creation of an inclusive fintech ecosystem as one of our strategic priorities, as well as the creation and implementation of policy and control concepts in relevant sectors."
