June 23, Fineko/abc.az. The Credit Bureau of Moldova has developed a new electronic signature product that meets EU standards and is striving to introduce it in the Azerbaijani market.
ABC.AZ reports that Vyacheslav Mirza, the founder and head of the bureau, made the relevant statement at the 1st International Conference on Credit Reporting in Baku.
"The development took three years and required 30,000 euros. The main difficulty was the lack of specialists capable of creating an e-signature according to EIDAS standards," he said.
Mirza added that it is almost impossible to create a product that fully complies with EIDAS without cooperation with the participants of the current certification system.
EIDAS standard ensures the recognition of e-signatures in the EU countries and is aimed at improving the security of digital documents.
