June 23, Fineko/abc.az. The proposed amendments to the Law on Credit Bureaus have been submitted for discussion at the plenary session of the Parliament.
ABC.AZ informs that according to the draft, notifications of negative information (any information that negatively characterizes the solvency of a credit history subject from the moment of its debt obligation and the discipline of debt obligation fulfillment) provided to the credit bureau will be transferred to the credit bureau of the credit history subject.
In accordance with this change, the subject of the credit history will have the right to receive free notification of negative information about him received by the credit bureau.
The notification will include information about the subject who provided the negative information. As a result, borrowers will be able to eliminate them in a timely manner, realizing the negative information that arises due to any carelessness, time constraints, etc. reasons.
The draft was put to the vote and adopted in the third reading.
