June 10, Fineko/abc.az. As of June 1, 2025, the number of active taxpayers increased by 1.4% compared with the beginning of the year and amounted to 818,500, while the number of active VAT-payers grew by 4.8% up to 55,300, ABC.AZ reports with reference to the State Tax Service under the Ministry of Economy.

The number of active business entities (facilities) on the specified date increased by 3.8% up to 225,700.
