May 29, Fineko/abc.az. Shell will buy French Total Energie's stake in Bonga oilfield for $510 million. It is located off the coast of Nigeria.

ABC.AZ reports that the company plans to buy out 12.5%, thus, the share of presence will grow from 55% to 67.5%.

The deal is expected to close before the end of this year.
