May 22, Fineko/abc.az. For the first time, the National Depository Center (NDC) has carried out centralized payment of dividends on shares.
ABC.AZ informs with reference to the NDC that dividends were paid on ABB shares for 2024.

The dividends were transferred to all shareholders registered in the ABB securities register as of May 6, 2025, in proportion to the number of shares they own. 

As part of this campaign, a total of 200 million manats were paid to ABB shareholders. Since the controlling stake belongs to the state, 184 million of this amount went to the State Budget, and the rest was distributed among more than 30,000 private and institutional shareholders.
It is noted that this is important from angle of protecting the rights and interests of shareholders, as well as ensuring transparency and efficiency of the payment process.
