April 14, Fineko/abc.az. In the 1st quarter of 2025, the country produced 6.9 million tons of oil (with condensate). The figure is 5.48%, or 400,000 tons less versus Q1 of 2024.

ABC.AZ was informed at the Ministry of Energy that of these volumes, 4 million tons of oil were produced from ACG, 1 million tons (condensate) from Shah Deniz, 140,000 tons (condensate) from the Absheron field. Oil production (with condensate) by SOCAR reached 1.8 million tons.

5.7 million tons of oil (with condensate) were exported in the 1st quarter of the year.

Of them, 4.9 million tons accounted for consortia, 700,000 tons for SOCAR, and 140,000 tons for Absheron field.

The daily oil production (together with condensate) in March 2025 totaled 76,900 tons (580,000 barrels)., including 62,600 tons (462,000 barrels) of crude oil and 14,300 tons (118,000 barrels) of condensate.

Oil refining in the quarter decreased by 0.9% to 1.4 million tons.
