February 28, Fineko/abc.az. Oil prices of benchmark grades are declining in Friday’s trading after a steady rise following the previous session.

The price of Brent crude oil futures for April on the ICE Futures exchange decreased by $0.38 (0.51%) to $73.66 per barrel by 09:25. Following the trading on February 27, April’s Brent crude futures rose by $1.51 (2.08%) to $74.04 per barrel.

The price of April’s WTI crude oil futures at the NYMEX commodity exchange fell by $0.35 (0.50%) to $70.00 per barrel by 09:25. Following the trading on February 27, WTI oil futures for April grew in price by $1.73 (2.52%), to $70.35 per barrel.

In February, both crude oil Brent and WTI declined more than by 2.5%.
