February 25, Fineko/abc.az. The income of Azerbaijani banks from loans in January 2025 has been disclosed.

ABC.AZ reports with reference to the CBA that as of February 1, 2025, banks' interest income on loans amounted to 294.9 million manats (23% more than on February 1, 2024).

As of February 1, 2024, banks' interest income on loans totaled 239.7 million manats.

As of February 1, 2025, interest expenses amounted to 134.2 million manats.

Most of the interest expenses related to interest expenses on deposits.
