February 13, Fineko/abc.az. This January, the value of goods sold by business entities operating in the non-governmental sector increased by 3.7% in real terms versus January 2024 and made up 99.7% of the total retail turnover.

ABC.AZ reports that compared with January 2024, retail trade turnover for January 2025 grew by 5.2% for enterprises in real terms, by 3.0% for individual entrepreneurs and by 3.6% for markets and fairs.

One person of the population bought goods for an average of 473.5 manats in a retail chain, including food, beverages and tobacco products for 257.8 manats, non-food products for 215.7 manats.
