Since 2019, the number of employment contracts in the non-oil private sector has increased by more than 443,000, ABC.AZ reports, quoting State Tax Service’s Orkhan Nazarli as saying this at today’s Baku forum "Tax Service-25: Sustainable Development & Effective Transformation.

He noted that as a result of the tax reforms, the number of employment contracts in the non-oil private sector made up 82.1%.

“In 2024, the total salary fund reached 23.9 billion (2.5-fold more versus 2018 and 2.7-fold more than in the non-oil private sector,” Nazarli said.
