January 30, Fineko/abc.az. As of December 2024, the total assets of banks operating in Azerbaijan amounted to 53.1 billion manats, total liabilities - 46.383 billion manats, balance sheet capital - 6.618 billion manats, ABC.AZ reports, referring to Central Bank’s statistical bulletin.

During 2024, the total assets, total liabilities and balance sheet capital of banks increased by 7.8%, 7.6% and 9.2%, respectively.
