January 30, Fineko/abc.az. In December 2024, the number of people employed in the banking sector increased by 0.6%, or 144 people, to 25,363.

ABC.AZ informs, referring to the CBA, that the idnicator is 7.6% or 1,794 people more than at the beginning of 2024.

At the end of November 2024, the number of employees of the bank was 25,219.

As of December 31, 2024, 22 banks numbered 485 branches, 88 sub-branches and 3,230 ATMs.
