January 22, Fineko/abc.az. An extraordinary general meeting of shareholders of Kapital Bank OJSC will be held.

ABC.AZ reports that the agenda of shareholders’ extraordinary general meeting to be held on February 25 will include amendments to the regulations, the Charter of the Bank's Supervisory Board and other issues.

The extraordinary general meeting will be conducted at the Bank's office located at 71 Fuzuli Street, Baku.
