January 6, Fineko/abc.az. Prices for oil of benchmark grades are declining in Monday's trading after rising following the previous trading and last week as a whole.

The price of Brent crude futures for March on the ICE Futures exchange decreased by $0.34 (0.44%) to $76.17 per barrel by 09:30. Following the trading on January 3, March’s Brent crude futures rose by $0.58 (0.76%) to $76.51 per barrel.

The price of February’s WTI crude oil futures at the NYMEX commodity exchange fell by $0.32 (0.43%) to $73.64 per barrel by 09:30. Following the trading on January 3, WTI crude oil futures for February increased in price by $0.83 (1.13%), to $73.96 per barrel.

Following the past week, crude oil Brent grew by 3.15% and WTI by 4.76%.
