December 27, Fineko/abc.az. The Central Bank has disseminated information on bringing to administrative responsibility officials of BOKT AZPUL LLC, Merkuri BOKT OJSC and Nova Credit BOKT LLC.

In connection with violation of the requirements of Article 22.1 of the Law on Non-Bank Credit Organizations, Paragraph 3.3 "Procedure for providing information about borrowers of credit organizations to the centralized credit registry", in accordance with Article 440.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses, an official of AZPUL NBCO LLC was fined 4,500 manats.

In connection with the violation of the requirements of Article 22.1 of the Law on Non-Bank Credit Organizations, Paragraph 3.3 "Procedure for providing information about borrowers of credit organizations to the centralized credit register", in accordance with Article 440.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses, an official of NBCO Merkuri was fined 1,500 manats.
