December 26, Fineko/abc.az. For the first time, the attraction of deposits from the Eastern Zangezur Economic Region has begun.

ABC.AZ informs with reference to the CBA that as of December 1, 2024, 392,000 manats were attracted from the Eastern Zangezur Economic Region. The average interest rate for this indicator was 1.81%.

388,000 manats of deposits attracted from the specified region were in national currency, and 4,000 manats were in freely convertible currency.

As of December 1, 2024, the attracted deposits in Azerbaijan totaled 14.2 billion manats by region.
