December 19, Fineko/abc.az. "Lately, the Central Bank has been sharing the rating of banking organizations operating in the country. Kapital Bank is always located in the green zone. On the other hand, we have the largest customer base — about 6 million customers. But there are very few complaints from the bank percentagewise."
ABC.AZ reports that Kapital Bank’s chairman of board Farid Huseynov made this statement at a press conference devoted to the results of 11 months and plans for 2025.
He noted that customer complaints are always a priority for the bank, conclusions are always drawn from them:
"In some cases, customers don't understand our complex products, then we try to explain it. Sometimes there are well-founded complaints. These concerns related to cybersecurity. There are problems with card codes all over the world."
According to Huseynov, as the non-cash turnover increases, fraudsters also take advantage of opportunities.
"Or downloading malicious data to phones causes data interception. Sometimes customers receive calls from scammers. We try to make sure that the bank, the association, and the Ministry of Internal Affairs clearly explain this to people," he added.
