November 29, Fineko/abc.az. At the plenary session the Milli Majlis approved in the 3rd reading the amount of state fees for applications related to arbitration.

ABC.AZ reports that in connection with the Law on Arbitration, amendments were made to 5 codes and 6 laws.

According to the amendments to the Law on State Duty, the following amounts of fees are established: 100 manats for filing an application for performing auxiliary functions in relation to arbitration, 50 manats for an application for recognition and enforcement of decisions of arbitration courts on temporary interim measures, 100 manats for an application for cancellation of decisions of arbitration courts, 50 manats for an application for security compulsory enforcement of decisions of local arbitration courts, 100 manats for an application for recognition and enforcement of decisions of foreign arbitration courts.

The bill was adopted in the third reading by voting.
