November 19, Fineko/abc.az. The media holding of U.S. president-elect Donald Trump,Trump Media, is reportedly in “advanced talks” to buy the cryptocurrency trading firm Bakkt.

ABC.AZ informs that Coindesk informs about this with reference to the Financial Times.

The amount of the potential transaction is not disclosed. Bakkt was created by Intercontinental Exchange, which owns major derivatives exchanges, as well as the NYSE, with the initial goal of helping Starbucks customers buy coffee with bitcoins. Bakkt is currently focused on cryptocurrency storage and trading services.

Bakkt shares soared by 163% on Monday, November 18, amid a possible takeover by Trump's company. Trump Media's stock rose 17% last day.
