November 14, Fineko/abc.az. French oil company Total Energy s has signed design contracts worth at least $3 billion as part of the accelerated development of the first offshore project in Suriname.

ABC.AZ reports that Saipem signed a $1.9 billion contract with a subsidiary of Total Energy s in Suriname for the underwater development of Gran-Morgu field.
