 November 4, Fineko/abc.az. Fire system producer Rubezh is obliged to pay 352 million rubles for disrupting the supply of equipment to Turkish nuclear power plant Akkuyu.

ABC.AZ reports that the refusal to supply fire extinguishing systems for Akkuyu may cost 352 million rubles for Saratov company Rubezh. Rubezh must pay this amount to the St. Petersburg plant Electropult, which proved losses from the failure of the contract in the amount of $5.4 million.

Electropult plant supplies equipment and various electronic systems for Akkuyu. In December 2020, Electropult signed a contract with Rubezh for the manufacture and supply of fire protection control and management systems for four NPP power units.
