October 21, Fineko/abc.az. The banks whose loan portfolio has grown the most in Azerbaijan have been made public.

ABC.AZ reports with reference to the rating compiled by banks on the dynamics of real estate loans, the highest growth was recorded on ZiraatBank Azerbaycan – 82.3%, in percentage terms. In total, bank's loan portfolio grew by 10.5 million manats.

Access Bank is in 2nd place in terms of growth after ZiraatBank Azerbaycan with an indicator of 65.4% or 4 million manats.

Xalq Bank occupies 3rd place, having increased its mortgage loan portfolio by 50.1% or 144.6 million manats.

PASHA Bank's mortgage loan portfolio grew by 35.5%, or 55.2 million manats, compared with the end of last year.

The mortgage loan portfolio of Yapı Kredi Bank Azerbayan increased by about 34.5%, or by 12 million manats.

Bank of Baku took the 6th place in the list with an increase of 33.5% (11.7 million manats).

The mortgage loan portfolio of the International Bank of Azerbaijan grew by 4.3 million manats (26.3%)

The mortgage loan portfolio decreased only at Melli Iran Bank.
