October 18, Fineko/abc.az. From January to September 2024, the number of statistical units (excluding individual entrepreneurs) of enterprises increased by 5.1% up to 208,584.

ABC.AZ reports with reference to the State Statistics Committee that in 9 months of 2024, 931 foreign enterprises were created (with 100% foreign investments), and 30 were liquidated.

As of October 1, 2024, the number of statistical units of foreign enterprises reached 19,175.

From January to September 2024, 99.2% of the created statistical units are privately owned enterprises (including 8.9% with full foreign investments and 1.6% in joint ownership).
