Kazakhstan to simplify work of foreign banks

October 17, Fineko/abc.az. Kazakhstan’s Agency for Regulation & Development of the Financial Market has submitted a draft law that envisages simplification of procedures for foreign banks.

ABC.AZ informs that the document was presented by Agency’s chairwoman Madina Abylkasymova at the plenary session of the Mazhilis. The main changes relate to reducing the requirements for opening branches of foreign banks and simplifying licensing procedures for their managers.
