Banks’ deposit interests paid to population for 8 months made public

September 27, Fineko/abc.az. Over Jan-Aug 2024, Azerbaijani banks paid interests on attracted deposits in the amount of 570.4 million manats.

Compared with Jan-Aug 2023, banks' interest expenses on deposits grew by 175.2 million manats or 44.3%, ABC.AZ reports with reference to the Central Bank.

In the first 8 months of 2023, the banks paid deposit interests in the amount of 395.2 million manats.
