September 4, Fineko/abc.az. By the end of this year, artificial intelligence will be introduced on MyGov platform for convenient communication between citizens and the government.

ABC.AZ reports that deputy chairman of board of the Agency for Innovation & Digital Development Shahin Aliyev said about this at international event "Paperless Government: Digitalization & Environmental Impact".

He noted that now citizens will be able to submit their questions to the government using artificial intelligence, in writing (in text form) or orally.

"Work in this direction is actively underway and is expected to be completed by the end of the year," Aliyev said.
