Azerbaijan's Central Bank gets new head of treasury department

August 22, Fineko/abc.az. The head of the treasury department of the Central Bank of Azerbaijan has changed.

According to ABC.AZ, Alakparov Fatulla Akbar oghlu has left his position. He was replaced by Aghayev Elnur Idris oghlu.

The main goal of the Department's activities is the safe storage of the country's monetary resources, timely satisfaction of the economy's need for funds, subject to the appropriate volume, structure, and quality.

Prior to this appointment, Elnur Aghayev worked at PASHA Bank OJSC.
