August 22. Fineko/abc.az. The rising global gold prices over the past year have led to a significant increase in the cost of gold jewelry in Azerbaijan. According to ABC.AZ, the price of pure gold has surged by more than 30% in the last 12 months, causing a noticeable rise in the retail prices of jewelry sold in the country.

Data from the domestic market reveals that the cost of 5 grams of 750-carat gold in Azerbaijan has risen by 26-35% over the past year. This trend is expected to continue, with foreign experts predicting that gold prices will keep climbing at least until the end of this year.
