July 31, Fineko/abc.az. The data on premiums and compensation payments on voluntary loan insurance in Azerbaijan for Jan-Jun has been published.

Over Jan-Jun 2024, the premiums on this type of insurance totaled 2.275 million manats, ABC.AZ reports with reference to the Central Bank.

The figure is 1.27 million manats, or 82% more against Jan-Jun 2023 - 1.248 million manats.

Compensations on this type of insurance were paid for 38,000 manats for Jan-Jun 2024, while no insurance payments were made for Jan-Jun 2023.

The loss rate for Jan-Jun 2024 was 2%.
